Inspiration
Always a style we dreamt of doing when we finally had our own brewery, a helles (pronounced “hell us”) lager. Our RO water system combined with a strict cellaring program, means we are able to craft the best possible beer, true to style.
Our brewers understand the beer and ensure the beer gets looked after throughout the process. This beer can’t hide behind hops, alcohol and big roast characters – it’s all about elegance and balance. It’s a very hard beer to make but when it’s good, it’s extraordinary!
Won Champion Lager at the Independent Beer Awards in 2018 and then went on to win Champion Beer. More recently, we won Champion European Style Lager at the 2021 AIBAs.
