First brewed together in 2018, this beer has become a winter staple. Combining quality local chocolate with a soft, approachable stout base.
Rich enough to feel seasonal, but sessionable enough to keep you coming back for another.
Tasting Notes
Deep brown with a dense, creamy head.
Aromatics lean into milk chocolate and soft vanilla, layered over a gentle roast.
The palate is smooth and rounded, with cacao nib bitterness adding structure without overpowering. Oats bring a soft, creamy mouthfeel, while the malt bill keeps everything balanced and restrained.
Finishes dry with a light, lingering cocoa bitterness — moreish, not heavy.
