Brewed as a proper West Coast IPA, this sits firmly on the bitter end of the spectrum. No haze, no softness, just a clean malt base and a big American hop profile.
It’s the counterpoint to our Hazy XPA. Sharper, drier, and more assertive
Tasting Notes
Deep gold with a slight amber hue and a firm white head.
Aroma leans dank and resinous, backed by citrus and ripe pineapple from the hop blend.
Medium-bodied with a solid malt backbone to carry the bitterness without weighing it down. Bitterness is upfront and deliberate, finishing dry with a lingering hop bite that keeps it crisp and moreish.
