This is the result of years of refining what we think a pale ale should be.
A solid malt backbone gives it structure without tipping into sweetness, while a mix of hops from the US, NZ and Europe keeps things layered and interesting.
It’s designed to stay balanced year-round, with different hops stepping forward depending on the season, but always landing clean, dry, and easy to come back to.

Tasting Notes
Deep gold to light amber with a persistent off-white head.
Malt-driven upfront with light caramel and biscuit, balanced by a mix of hop character, citrus, stone fruit, and subtle tropical notes. Hints of bubblegum and soft melon sit underneath, adding complexity without dominating.
Medium-bodied with a firm bitterness, finishing dry and structured.
